Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
I am forced to divorce on the order of my parents through civil court ,because my husband didn't come there to settle dispute for many times so I was bounded to sign the divorce papers by my family.i have a daughter of one and half year so I am worry for her future life.is there any way to overcome this divorce by Islamic viewpoint???

You can get the order reversed by the court which passed it.

infact you moved the court for khula, the court passed a decree. the next step is to move the union council for its execution. from moving the union council you have all the opportunities to reconcile the matter.
