Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi, My friend got an aranged marriage. They have spent almost 6-7 lacks for engagement and marriage. During marriage they also gave some money to her in-laws. her parents gave her around 300 grams of gold also. In-laws are demanding her gold to handover to her Father-in-law without telling the reason for what. Also my friend is a working women. When the situations at home became suspesious she stopped giving her earning also from last few months. After that they are harrasing my friend like anything. Very rude they are. Now my friend is staying away from them and staying with her parents. Mean while her husband reached family counselling center. For her this is not going to work because those people making all false statemets there.

My questions are:

1. What will happen if my friend wont attend the counselling?

2. she is planning to buy property with her savings and also by taking loan. In future does her husband has rights to ask for share in that property?

she can attend the counselling its upto her whether she wants to go back to her in laws or not no counselor can force her .2. property buyed by her will be her property only her husband cant claim anything and she will also have theright to maintenance and compensation etc.
