Legal Question in Family Law in India

my friend is having two daughters of one an half and another 7 years. her husband is a government employee but he is very arrogant and clever. he tortures mentally only when no evidence is present and also mental harrashes her with differnt fake questions and irritates her and even threat her to leave the house. as she is alone her parents are old , no one dares to oppose his attitude and if any one dares he opposes it that it is the matter between husband and wife.is there any helpful suggestion for her so that she can get rid of this problem as the childrens are also suffering from mental torture like this day by day.

Dear client she can file complaint with police under sec 498 a for physical torture. She can also file Domestic violence case for mental harassment. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
