Hi one of my friend is going through a divorce case against which his wife has filled DV5 case (fraud case) against him. wanted to know about the custodial rights. can she come back and stay in his house legally till the divorce gets over? if he has to refuse her come back in his house is there in alternative?

dear client if she asked residential order in dv case and court give order in her favor then husband have to obey the court order. or he have to make arrangement of accommodation. for any legal help call me

if the house is owned by husband, she can get residence rights.
