Legal Question in Family Law in India

My friend has filed a dowry case in India, and an arrest warrant has been issued in India. But the guy who had come onsite to US, is not going back to India because of the arrest warrant. Is there any possible way she can ensure he is deported back to India? This is urgent, any help or guidance would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
