My friend(Hindu) divorce case is pending in district court.

Court ordered to pay 5000 as interm per month. He is defaultor of 2 lacks . Now he is unemployed. He is having a small house on his name . He wrote a saledeed on his father name. Can the court attach his prpoerty?
