Legal Question in Family Law in India
My friend marraige happend in 2009, October. In 2012, January she delivered a male baby. After 3 days he left my friend with his son on road at night. Their family life was not happy from first day. he is harrasing my friend mentally. so there is no proofs to prove. he don't has common sense. But my friend want him as a good person. She don't want take diverse. but she need a security to live with him , why because she is fearing. she gave time to her husband to change his behaviour upto now. but he didn't change. he said " no, i have changed, come with me. we will be happy.". but she can't trust him because of his present behaviour and past.
what she has to do? How can she file a case without proofs?( you are in illegal connection- he is saying about her) .She need money to maintain her and her son.

She should go back and live with him and if still anything happens then call the police while dialing 100 and then complaint the police everything happened till that date. Then she will get maintenance and other compensation etc also.
