my friend get married in childhood and when she was 18 her husband refused to accept her and he got married to someone both parties agree on seperation and they wote a stamp in presesnce of 5 person as witness but now she is applying for a govt job in which divorced category sheets are reserved so how she can get divorved certificate within 15 days
