Legal Question in Family Law in India

My friend got married in india and moved to australia with his spouse where both of them didnt stay together long due to stressed relations between them which further resulted into divorce in australia.. is it valid divorce if they got married in india n got divorced in australia.. secondly, now his wife has filed a complaint with women cell in india that her consent was not taken in divorce.. according to Australian law, either partner can take divorce if they r living separate for a long time.. can she get success in her complaint.. she is harassing her in-laws.. how this matter can be solved.

1) Law of the Land prevails.

2) Indian courts may or may not consider Australian court decree.

3) Engage an experienced Family Law expert Advocate to present

all ur evidences including the divorce decree to get out from her cases

and pass Decree in Indian court if so deemed fit.
