Hi my friend got married on 2014 but it is not registered it is temple marriahe since then the couple are living seperately as wife not willing to join him now on jan 17 my friend had filled divorce petition after that his wife filled a dva case againt him plz help how to make divorce easily as they are living seperately since 3 yrs and now he is willing to marry another girl the

main motive of wife is alimony she dont want to stay with him but in divorce case she appeared in contest plz help

you need to contest the case of DV and as well move in divorce case ....

ask your lawyer put the matter before mediation center /compromise
