Legal Question in Family Law in India

a friend of mine got registered marriage(love) while she was studying in coll. then she found that guy is wrong and got broke up with him. now her parents saw a bridegroom and this marriage is also registered. which marriage is legally accepted. is there any chances of that first guy troubling to my friend. we can prove that 1st marr was done by cheating her? pls advice sir
