My friend is being tortured by his husband and his parents from first month of marriage, she got beaten twice on small reasons , on dowry issues ..even though she wants to save her marriage but her husband not ready to talk to her as she has put all these things in front of his relatives and her parents so he is in revenge mood ..he is playing mind games with my friend he doesnt answer to her calls threatening her that marriage has been broken now but has sent legal notice to come back to home with false allegations ..what should my friend do save her from all this torture.?

Say her to lodge an FIR u/s 498A. ONCE SHE DOES THAT, HUSBAND WILL COME ON BACKFOOT. And ignore the legal notice.
