One of my friend's husband has left home with his girlfriend fron past 15 days.she has one son n a daughter

How she can claim alumini from in laws as ahe doesnt want to stay with him.anymore.how the future of both children can be secured legally.can she claim custody of children

What should she do now as 9 yrs have been completed pf their marriage.
