Legal Question in Family Law in India
Hi my name is Gautam I marriage 12 years back & with 2 kid. my wife is not staying with my parents that room is my waifs she is not taking care of them so i put them my relatives house & paying 4000 rs for them. & i am alone not any my Owen brother to kip care my parents & my wife is note coming to family court & not giving write on paper that i don't want to take care of your parents . sir, please tell me what should i do in this matter?
