I am gazzated revenue ofiicer in govt of gujarat...I am married and i have two kids.I am in relationship with another unmarried woman.I want some legal staus to my relationship without giving divorce to my first wife. How is it possible?

Your relation with second woman is illegal. It is bigamy which can put you behind bars and even your job may also be lost.
