If a girl commitment a boy for marriage and make physical relationship on the base of that commitment and after 5-6 spending time with that boy she ditched that boy for this situation is any legal rule in favour of boys?

You can not file rape upon her. But yes, you can lodge a complaint u/s 406 fr breach of trust and 420 for cheating. But police may not believe your story. Therefore, you may need to file a Complaint before a Magistrate u/s 156(3) CrPC.
