what can done if a girl has done court marriage and after that both of them didn't lived together and girl want a divorce.
what is the way for settlement outside the court and what is procedure with the court and how much time does it take.

Dear client u have to take divorce from court. Only court has power to grant divorce. U can file divorce after completion of one year of marriage. If u both r ready for divorce then u can file mutual divorce. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
