does a girl need divorce if she is not living with her husband for more than one year. her husband is abroad whilst she is in india. how can she get divorce from him?

If the divorce is contested, a divorce case can be filed in the concerned district court. Not staying together for one year would be one of the strong grounds of divorce. The husband being abroad is not a ground for not getting divorce.
