Hello, I am a girl and i married at the jan of 2013, now we are staying separately from 1 year ago. thing is that 498 and domestic violence cases are going on as per my lawyer , but i want divorce as soon as possible, i don't need any dowry from my husband. and my husband is not ready to give me divorce. So what I have to do to get divorce?
