Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi i am a girl and was married 4 years back. but as soon i was married my in laws started abusing and torched me and also beated me.. I some how managed and ran away from there. i have filed cases under section 498, maintenance and 126 and other some cases but still i am not divorced. I have also fied ex-parte. Its been 4 years now i am not living with my husband. My husband is not wiiling to give me a divorce. Further this was second marriage for my husband he is a divorcee. so he knows all the tricks and legal procedures to extend the divorce case. As my father does not know what is the exact legal actions to be taken for quick divorce i am really getting frustrated and hope less. Me and my parents are under mental pressure as it has been 4 years but no result, but my husband is enjoying his life as usual. Please please help me.
I want to start my new life but i am not able to do so as i am not divorced. Please let me know your valuable views
