Legal Question in Family Law in India

If a girl want to stay single all her life (don't want to marry), how a legal agreement can be drafted between a girl & her parents so that they can't force her to do marry. Please help.

if the girl is a major no one can force her to marry against her wishes. Ther is no need to enter into any agreement with the parents.for further query contact 9312411481.

if girl major then no need for any draft.

But why you dont want to marry. It is a big trouble for your parents.

Coz every parents want to see their children to be settled in her own life.

You will be a big burden upon them, if not married.
