Legal Question in Family Law in India
A girl is following me since last 5 years forcing me to marry her.I had no relation in any sense with the girl.She annoyed me through messages and calls since last 5 years till my phone was lost 3 months ago.When she couldnt find my new number,she started to approach my office.I thought of talking to her relatives but they all are sort of psycho types.When i tried to file complaint in police station,people told me that indian law favors only women in such cases and i will suffer.I am completely traumatized.Please please help me.

you can file a police complaint against the girl.have you kept the records of the SMSes sent by her .If you have a post paid connection you can extract the phone records too.
