hi i want to give divocre from my wife because she dnt love me and my family & she want to live sepratly but im only son & this is not possible for me pls guide me for this . & im not able to give any compsation to her we have 2 daughter as well

What are the grounds on the basis of which you want to seek divorce from your wife? You need to make out strong grounds so that your lawyer prepares a fool proof petition. However, you may rethink your decision for the sake of your daughters.

Dear sir,

You can take the divorce on the ground of cruelty and mental harassment. But you may have to give maintenance allowance to her. If your daughters would be residing with her then you may also has to give maintenance for their upbringing also.
