do i need to give stridhan list to lawyer of my husband?

he is asking for stridhan list but he refused to return my jewellery clothes dowry article. he just want to pay X amount to me in two motions of MCD.

is it necessary to mention my dowry articles in MOU or somewhere in MCD ?

specially when they dont want to return my stuff.
