Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am gomathi. I got married before 2 and half years. My husband lived with me for 6 months and he went to USA. I was 2 months pregnant that time and now i have 1year old kid with me. He is not ready to come to India also he is not ready to take us to America and also he is not supporting me financially, I am living in my parents shadow. It seems he is not ready to live with us and he is least bothered about our son. what should i do for making my husband come to India, also i need financial support to grow up my son, is it possible for me to get financial help through alimony? and what percentage i will get?

dear client u can file maintenance petition for u and yr son. as well as u can file restitution of conjugal right petition and can ask husband to take back u to matrimonial home. for any legal help call me on 9422611385

Hello,

After going through your question, I will advise you after knowing more things like:

a) Parents of the Groom: there place of residence, or any other relative of the Groom..

b) The situation you have mentioned above is international and you will need to contact (American Consulate along with Visa/ Passport copy of your husband). Rest will be informed at a later stage once you decide to consult us.

c) Definitely you can claim maintenance and you and your son have all rights to claim the same but as this is an international matter therefore it might take some time.

d) Who introduced you with the groom?
