Good morning.im a divorcee and single parent of my child. my ex husband dont want his chid or his responsibilities. so in this case is it necessary to write his name in school application form or anywhere and if it is yes...why it is necessary...plz explain...thank u

due to natural father. u can claim maintenance for ur minor.

dear client if his birth certificate carries name of yr husband then u have to mention it in school record. but u can change his middle name and insert yr name. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
