I am a government employee and i got married 3 years back and from the day 1 my wife was quarrel with me and every day she was behaving very cruel and with in the 15 days i came to know that this is not first marriage for my wife and they are suppressed about her first marriage issue at the time of marriage and cheated us, when we went to there house and ask her parents about her first marriage immediately thy filed 498A against me and my entire family members, after that filed conjugal rights petition and maintenance petition and after 6 months they filed a false case against me and there are harassed me very much. they are not willing to give divorce and she warned me as how you can get divorce with out my villing and i will not give and i will see your end. i have all the evidences about her first marriage and she got divorce by taking an amount of Rs.180000/- from the early husband. i want divorce from her and i want to start a new life, pls advice me for getting divorce......

You may file a petition for annulment of marrige on the ground of fraud as you were not told about her first marriage thereby induced you to believe that it i her first marriage.
