Legal Question in Family Law in India
my grand father made a will in 1990s and wrote a house in my father's name. My father has 3 brothers and 4 sisters. The will is not registered. Now does my father have to give share to his brothers and sisters? Can my father sell this house without my permission?

you father need to get the WILL probated before selling the same...

if it is a joint family property, the will would be valid qua the share of executant and not the entire property .unless a lawyer goes through all the doc,a concrete opinion cannot be given.
