my grand father was having two wifes & 1st wife is having two childern one male one female & he left the first wife & for second wife 7 children 4 of them are male 3 of them are female and my quation is that second wife children are taken a release deed in 1993 the rigistered one from us that we have taken five thousand each & given a release deed to seacond wife childern we means my grand mother my father my fathers sister myself & my sister and one more thing my grand was having propertys like 3 acres of land in sarjapur road 2400sft bda site in west of chord road 750sft house in pg halli 1200sft of revenue in sith in nagarbhavi & 1200sft of ansteriol land in sarjapur road.in 1993 2400sft site was sold for rs1100000/ at time of agremeent of this site the second wife childern has taken one more agreement with us like we are going to give them a release deed at the time of rigestration of the site in 10rs bond paper for that they are giving 430000 for all the property hold by my grand father,so is there any point to cancelation of the release deed

it depends on what you want. if you have given a release deed in 1993 then cancelling the same in 2014 makes no sense and it will be hit by limitation too.
