Legal Question in Family Law in India

My grand mother give complete (plot and house) to my uncle(elder) and my father(younger) at that time they wrote one agreement(at that time no registered documents )o50% to that property to my father and 50% to my uncle but my uncle occupies complete property and saying that agreement is no longer valid and I am the solo owner , how can we claim my property now?
