My grandfather have 40acres of land and unfortunately he named all the properties in the name of of elder brother. Will the other brothers and sisters get the land or property? And my grandfather want to distribute the property and the elder brothrr got 4 wheeler vehicles. Will we get the vehicle, he has done farming in that land and get that vehicles

1) If ancestral property all will get equal share.
2) Ur grand father can do it during his life time or by will after his death.
