Legal Question in Family Law in India

My grandfather has given our ancestral family home to my father but has given my uncle the rights to stay in that family home. Does that mean that my uncles family can continue to stay in that family home after my uncles death?

Your father can claim rent or share to stay in that home coz he is the owner.
