Legal Question in Family Law in India
my grandfather has given his will and now he is no more. He has given in name of his grand sons .can granddaughters get anything if possible then how? my paternal uncle has applied for petition also .

First of all, the nature of property has to be ascertained. If that was his self acquired property, you can't challenge the Will. Otherwise, you can and in that case the property will be divided among all the legal heirs of that property
