Legal Question in Family Law in India

I and my grandmother(father's mother) have property in common. She passed away. My father only son passed away. My mother also passed away. I have two sisters, they are ready to give it to me wholely. What the procedure to change the ownership, as i heard mutuation is just a way of change of name as the owner does have the right to sell it later on with it.

Tell your sisters to execute a relinquishment deed in your favor. Then get a succession or legal heir certificate. Then get the property mutated in your name.
