Legal Question in Family Law in India

my grandmother torture us (me my mother and my sister) my father, instead of supporting us, scolds us. my mother is his second wife. he got divorced with his first wife by putting wrong allegations of being characterless due to my grandmother's instigation. my uncle's( my father's younger brother)divorce case is pending. all of this happened due to my grandmother's behavior. she abuses, taunts and is a big time liar. she pretends to be innocent and takes defense of her old age and illiteracy. Everywhere in our certificates due to her ORDERS in place of our father's name our uncle's name is written. my mother is from a village. she had no idea of wrong father's name in our certificates. when she came to know about this crap she was ORDERED to keep quiet. now, the present situation is we fear and are ashamed of this act.. we do not have enough guts to raise this issue formally. moreover daily fights occur between us and grandmother. grandmother abuses and taunts us. says that my mother is from a poor and bad family she don't know how to cook she is a fat lady she will suffer from numerous diseases and the worst one is that she will kill her and her husband i.e my grandfather. we are totally pissed. grandfather's health issues is the reason behind our silence. don't know which way to go :'( plz help........
