Greetings...

I'm Praveen from Bangalore. I got married during 2008 as per hindu customs. When I asked about her a illegal contact with another man, she filed a very strong complaints by saying a word often "Women are powerfull". she filed under 498A, 506B (2, 3, 4 and 6) and DPA.

Now she realized her mistake and the all the cases have been withdrawn by her in High court and the high court released the squashing order. This letter was then presented to magistrate court to close there also.

In this stage, what all the documents/letter, I need to have as proof and not to face any problems in future.

Now she lives with me by saying the above word often.

you need certified copies of court order showing quashing of FIR, withdrawl of DVA complaint and her statement that she has no complaint whatsoever against you or your family members and that she has come to live with you on her own without any pressure or threat from you or any of your family member. That you have not made any demand whatsoever for all this.
