Legal Question in Family Law in India

hi i gt married in dec 15. i have stayed with my in laws for a total of 7-10days with my husband. my mil kept on feeding the husband and he fought with me miserably and left for usa. after that he came back in feb and took me along . the second day of reaching there i found out there were chats on his phone and when i confronted him he went violent. i was crying and shouting in rage , so he made a recording of that and based on his family advice he called 911 charging me with domestic violence. 911 couldnt find it strong so they left me . his family said we both shd come to india and they will make us understand. but was left stranded at airport and the guy has gone back. nt taking my calls. the family is nt responding.mil is saying absurd things and stuff and disgracing the whole family. what shd i do
