Legal Question in Family Law in India

hi, if guardians of two sides have committed to make a relation after doing marriage of his/her son or daughter and when the time is about to reach when they will get married, but suddenly one party denied to give her daughter before 10 days to marriage date after printing marriage cards....though in such case can we file "Maan Hani" case against them or not...???

yes you can serve them with a legal notice for the same.
