Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

I need guidance as follows:

1. Background: My wife was residing at my home in Pakistan with my parents. My in-laws file a case to claim their daughter by justifying with as usual fake allegations and court ordered 491 rit and they claimed their daughter and my son ( 6 months . Now after 4 months my wife contacted and asked maintenance money and i relied through message to claim through court. But they are not claiming any maintenance or Khula as i requested her when she tried to contact me.

Current: Now i want to proceed with divorce documents so how i can as i am in Saudi Arabia. i dont want to continue as i never did anything wrong with them and she stayed a lot of time with me in Saudi Arabia but when she went back her parents did this.

Please guide.

In response to your query raised, submits that if you want to divorce your wife while living in Saudia Arabia, you may divorce your wife who is Pakistani National and living in Pakistan and your marriage also registered in Pakistan under the Pakistani laws.

Your lawyer/ consultants will prepare all the documents relating to divorce and these documents must be attested from the Pakistani Embassy in Kingdom of Saudia Arabia and then you may send it to your Attorney/ lawyer to file it before the concerned Union Council for divorcing your wife under the law.
