Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi Guru,
Need some advise related to Hindu Marriage Act.
If a person file a ex-party divorce, all the legal matters been done and judge will decree it soon. Now the situation is that I get engaged to another girl 3 months back and married him at Arya samaj mandir in Aug 2013. After marriage, she is being rude and doing domestic violence to me by beating, destroying mobile phones, using slang language, doing nonsense things and blackmail with her mother that she is not sexually satisfed. On Oct 2013, I sent him to his mother place told him that I had a business travel and project work. When my father knows about his character then he told me dont bring to my house. After 2-3 days, she informed that she is pegnant. She is blackmailing and sending sms with her mother that if u support him/ give maintenance fees, as you don't have divorce degree I file a case against you and make ur life horrible. She is not listening to anything and shouting like hell. Reason I got married with her because she told me if u don't get marry me I'll hurt myself with knife.
When I'm at my work, she is sending rubbish sms, even his mother calling several times not understanding correctly.
I don't want to accept her but I want my baby. Please help me/advise what should I do.

you may file a petition for divorce and when your baby is born you may file a petition to seek custody of your child.
