Legal Question in Family Law in India
One guy harassed and threatened me and took photographs as if we got married. and got the registered marriage certificate as well without my consent. He forged my signature. I got engaged to another and the first guy by showing all the photographs he made this guy not to respond. Second guy is not responding to us now and looking for another proposals. I do not have any proofs to get that declared as null and void. What can I do now? how can I get marry to this second guy as he is not responding? I cant loose this guy. Please advise me how to make him listen to me and at least wait until I get the court orders as null and void? please advice me on these questions.
