Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi guy

i am looking for legal assistance for my friend's situation

one of my friend want to find solution for following scenario

My friend is living with his parents and his brother is living abroad. His brother is now a citizen of that country and left the citizenship of India. His brother was married but because of the honey trap he had to give divorce his wife and marry an Asian woman who wanted citizenship of that country. This is a really hard situation for my friend and his parents.

They fear that that asian girl may force his husband to claim for his parents' property in India. My friend who lives in India wants to make a "property will" which helps them to protect their property and is going to be lifetime security. This property should mention that my friend who is living in India owns all parental property after his parents death. his brother who is living abroad or his wife or their kids can't claim ownership for this parental property before or after the death of his parents.

His parents have ancestral agricultural land and a house built by their parents during his lifetime.
