My name is habebulla ,i belong to a muslim family,i have five brothers and two sisters ,when my father was alive in 1999 i did marriage opposite to my fathers decision ,my father took a decision that i have to leave his house and have to register that i didnt have any property from him,i did it in sub register office because i thought that after my father i will get my property,my father was expired in 2012,and my mother is also expired ,when i asked to brothers about my property they are not giving because i was registered previously,then i consulted a lawer he told me that according to muslim law i can get my property ,please tell me that according to which muslim section law i can get my property ..my no:9052733200

yopu will first have to show me the relinquishment deed you have signed. Did you father make a will or did he die without any will?? I need more facts before I can advice.
