One and half year back, I got married to a girl without consenment of both the families. Though I came back to home after marriage. Now she is suffocating me, she has wicked mind and has filed that my family has asked dowry from her and is threatning me that she will commit suicide and prove that I still have relation with other girls. She dosen't seek any responsibility and treats my family very badly. I am in very misserable condition. How to get a divorce where I dont have to pay her and prove her guilty.

Where did u get married? Court or temple? See, in your case, a petition on the ground of cruelty could be filed. But that is not that easy. You need to first procure all the proofs against her. Proofs regarding her threat, her demands etc. There are methods to collect those proofs. If you file the petition in haste, its going to be rejected.

You can file a petition for divorce but on the grounds of alleged threats you cannot evade maintenance.
