i am in a vry critical situtaion and mentally disturb right now---

need ur advice and proper guidence so that i can go ahead and file a case---

i am from kolkata

got marrd in 2009 and it was a arrange marrge....her parents were in hurry from the day i went to see her in her house....after i got marrd i came to feel that she is not mentaly ok and our relation was not good from that time only---we got a daughter.....i am in a tremendous mental pressure fr the last 1yrs ...she used to lock her almari or cupbard and never give me the keys---

sudenly few days ago by mistake she left the cupbard open and went to her mothers house and i discoverd from her cupbard all details paper of her first marriage----i came to know that she got divorced from her first marrge secretly after our 1yr of marrge that mean in 2010 jsut before the birth of our daughter...i was shocked and felt cheated---i have all the papers wth me of her first marrge certificate and the draft which was filed for the divorce along wth the suit no----i only dnt have the divorce certificate of this divorce.....

i am also divorced from my first wife...this is my second mmrge....i am legally divorced from my first wife

MY -QUESTIONs TO you Mr is.............

.1) what the law says regarding fraud to marry sum1 without getting divorced from the first one>and can my case is strong enough in this gound.......494..can she b punisched fr this....

2) ur personal advice to me .......> ..
