Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am not happy with my wife nature & our style of thinking & handling situations are different. Due to this we fight frequently, not physically, or we silently do our individual works. Is this reason is sufficient to take divorce? how do we proceed with the case?

We have not have any sexual relationship for last 6 months. ..I have disclosed my intent to my wife about divorce but she is not ready. .. reason cited is the Indian society norms and her future. She is good with my family and far as treating each other is concerned we dont abuse or fight with each other and try to be normal in front of others. My parents do not support my decision. basically we are very different in our lifestyle and other aspect in way we communicate and thought process and hence the distance in our relationship. I am not sure what grounds can we ask law for divorce in cases wherein the partners are just not compatible like in our case
