Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am being harassed by my husband who stays abroad and visits India once in a year.

He is abusing me and my parents by creating unnecessary aligations. He is not letting my kid to study by making unnecessary calls and threatening. How should I file a complaint on my husband who stays there. My Inlaws stay in India but they won't talk to me or my kid. They provoke my husband in a different manner.Please help me.

Block his calls or change your number. If you lodge a police complaint now, it can't do much since he is not here.
