i hav filed a complaint against my husband in women cell beacause he refused to take me home without any reason. i m at my home from last 3 months so pls guide me how can i file a case against him

Woman cell will facilitate mediation and conciliation between parties but it can't force either parties to join matrimonial home. For that, you have to file a petition for RCR in Family Court.

File application under domestic violence Act & u can get residence rights & maintenance rights
