i hav filed a 125 crpc in court .i finished one counseling session . i live with my parents . iam not working at the moment my parents are retired and its difficult for them to bear my expenses...they already spent too much money during the wedding and gave excess money when dowry was demanded. when will i start receiving my maintenance amount..my husband is v cruel and told me on my face...he wont give any money nor return my wedding expense....and he will make me suffer all my life .i read in various websites that this mc is just on paper and getting maintenance is very difficult . is it true ? and when will i start receiving my maintainence amount?

dear client it is not true that u will deny for maintenance. put yr case before court properly like file the income statement of yr husband. second thing u can file dowry harassment case against husband and his family with police u/s 498-a of Indian penal act. u can also recover yr marriage expenses by filing case under domestic violence act. for any legal help call me on 9422611385

I agree with the above opinion. There are effective remedies available in law in your favour. You may also file an application in these very proceedings under the Domestic Violence Act claiming "accommodation" besides maintenance.
Hopefully, you will get a court order for maintenance amount very soon.
