I hav been given interim maintenance order of rs.1500 in dv case filed by my wife in ahmedabad i m frm mumbai. i whav to give her this money from the month she filed case i.e from sept 2013 n it amts rs.6000. iwant to know what will be better way to give this amt either in cash or in cheque and i f in cheque in what name should i give her AS I DONT KNOW IN WHICH NAME SHE IS HAVING BANK ACCOUNT SO TO GIVE in her after marriage name which is mittal karan jain or in her before marriage name which is mittal rajendrakumar sanghavi which will be better she had made application in after marriage name pls sujjest me the right way

you can pay her the amount in the court on the next date of hearing and ask her for her bank details. If the date is not closeby let your lawyer write to her and ask her for the bank details.
